Ignite began three years ago when we saw the need for a new kind of leader, one with both the competence and character for our changing world. Today, that vision is more relevant than ever, as organizations need high performing leaders and teams to navigate the challenges and opportunities we face. Our world has changed drastically in the last few months, and whether we come out stronger on the other side will depend on how we lead today.

At Ignite, we are proud of what we’ve built the last three years - a community of leaders, committed to learning, growth, and connection. Thousands of individuals have joined our strategy breakfasts, coaching corners, candid conversations, and even international retreats to become more purpose-driven leaders. Our members have benefited from engagement with some of the most thoughtful CEO’s and executives in Chicago, people like Jason Fried, Amanda Lannert, and Renetta McCann, along with the dozens of inspiring coaches who have shared their wisdom and helped us become our best selves.

As founders, we have always pursued opportunities to increase our value to clients and members - and we believe that these turbulent times call for creative partnerships to solve big problems. That is why we are excited to announce our merger with sr4 Partners, an organizational health consultancy that, for over a decade, has helped companies cultivate healthy leaders, cohesive teams, thriving cultures, and inclusive change.

The Ignite leadership community will become the foundation for sr4’s leadership development offering, while continuing to provide members with opportunities to develop as leaders, connect with peers and personalize their learning journey through an even more robust calendar of workshops and training experiences. But more importantly, we’ll now be able to better support leaders and companies through a broader portfolio of consulting services via our combined capabilities. From communication to culture, strategy to change, our integrated and experienced team is now ready to partner with you to create powerful solutions for today’s business challenges.

To kick things off, we are hosting a 3-part leadership Forum on Leading through Disruption beginning May 14th. Senior leaders can currently register for free while space is available. We hope to see you there, and thank you for your partnership and support.
